Browser Requirements

  • The minimum screen size/resolution for viewing is 1024 * 768.
  • If you are working from a mobile device with small screen, the visual representation may not be optimal, but generally everything should be functional.
  • Internet Explorer users should turn off Compatibility View. Compatibility View settings may cause some areas of Qdos to not display correctly.
    • Open Internet Explorer.
    • Click Tools. Pressing ALT+T will also bring up the "Tools" drop-down menu.
    • If Compatibility View is checked, click it to remove the checkmark.
    • Click Tools again.
    • Select Compatibility View Settings.
    • Make sure "qdos.equalassurance.com" is not listed under "Websites you've added to Compatibility View." (If "qdos.equalassurance.com" is listed, remove it.)
    • Make sure that the "Display all websites in Compatibility View" checkbox is unchecked.
    • Close and reopen Internet Explorer.
    • Sign back in to Qdos.
  • Internet Explorer 9 has some known issues when writing reports in Plain Text. It is best to use a higher version of Internet explorer or some other browser from the table above.
  • If using the eWAY payment system then the Recommended browser version is required.
