Login Problems

Note:
Authentication errors with logging in to Qdos may result from (i) incorrect Username; (ii) incorrect Access Key or Password; and/or (iii) Accounts associated with the Username have been Abandoned, Lost or Withdrawn. If you are from a Practice and have forgotten your Username you will need to contact either your Practice Manager or the System Manager. If you are from a Client and have either forgotten your username or believe your Account(s) to be Abandoned, Lost or Withdrawn, you will need to contact either your Account Manager or the System Manager. If you know your username and know it is valid, but have forgotten your Access Key or Password, you can retrieve a new Access Key or Password from the facility below.
