Indra joined Equal Assurance in mid 2008 to provide client management and auditing services to clients.

Indra is head of Constraarch-Mansys. Responsibilities include management of the organisation, and involvement with industries to meet compliance requirements. Services are provided to various organisations and industries, and include sectors such as Handicrafts, Home Furnishing, Garments, Carpets, Metal, Sugar, Paper, Food Processing, Engineering and IT.

Indra started his professional career in 2000 as a Management Advisor and has worked in documentation development, training, advising and assessment for health, safety and environmental practices, ISO 9001, ISO14001, Social Accountability-8000, Food Safety Mangement Systems and Global Compliance including CDM, CSR, CTPAT, BSCI, WRAP, Code of Conduct.

Indra has provided services to those companies dealing with internationally reputed customers/buyer stores etc., such as Wal-Mart, IKEA, PB, William E. Corner Associates Ltd, Inter group (IGFEL), Body Shop, Target Corporation, M&S, GEMEX, Sears, Pier1, OTTO, etc.

Indra is also an Associate Environmental Management Consultant with “Constraarch-Enviro” Environmental Engineering Division. Services involve design, construction, installation and commissioning of effluent/sewage treatment plants and other pollution control devices.
