Experiences
Jenni has extensive experience in HACCP plan development and food safety system maintenance including document control and development, supplier pre-qualification and monitoring, pest management, and accreditation and compliance with WQA, WA Health Department, MSA and AUS-Meat.
She has worked as a Food Technologist, and been responsible for microbiological and chemical testing, shelf-life testing, and new food product development.
Jenni's consulting and auditing work has exposed her to a wide variety of farming systems from cattle stations and broad acre growing systems to small hobby farms and orchards.
Her extensive collaborating experience with farmers has assisted many to develop their understanding of food safety requirements on their farms.
Communication and cross-cultural team management skills have been essential in her role due to the diverse partnerships and relationships necessary with farmers, growers, and food processors.
She shares her passion for Food Safety through the auditing, training and consulting work undertaken in this field, and in addition has worked with many growers to develop their organic certification credentials.
