A senior professional (C-Suite) with post graduate qualifications in Chemistry, and over 15 years senior leadership experience in quality, health, safety and environment, production, continuous improvement, and operational excellence with Coca Cola which has culminated in 3 years as CEO at Integrum Management Systems.

A strategic and conceptual leader whose focus on the customer and their needs, empowers teams to drive quality, innovation and efficiency which delivers customer retention, reputation for excellence and profitability.

Personal objective is to continue to transform businesses into efficient, customer focussed and agile organisations through relationships with stakeholders which are built on mutual understanding, trust and integrity.

Education includes degrees in Chemistry with a Co-Major in Economics and a minor in Japanese language and culture.

Studied Japanese language and culture for 5 years at high school and 2.5 years at University. Attended Japanese forums, workshops and cultural events as well as a student exchange program. Visited Japan a number of times and have previously enjoyed links with the Japanese consulate
