Experiences
Has extensive experience as a Registered Nurse, commencing her graduate year in 2004. Has worked as a ward nurse on the Surgical/Urology ward at St John of God Hospital for 11 years before gaining employment at the Ballarat Surgicentre Day Hospital.
Clinical Services Manager at the Ballarat Surgicentre in 2016 and then Director of Nursing in 2019 to 2024.
During her time in management at the Ballarat Surgicentre, she was responsible for the development of the annual audit schedule and audit tools, completing gap analysis, completing internal audits, analysis and review of audit findings and implementation of appropriate processes. She was also the accreditation lead for the Day Hospital for external ISO audits, including surveillance audits and re-certification audits.
