Mehr Khazan is a company who is manufacturing cars lighting and electric lamps sets. The processes in plastic unit included injection & extruding (for isinglass and reflectors). The plastic parts needed to be manufactured out of PE granol. The process was controlled by QC. There was also a unit for manufacturing lamps. The processes included melting, wiring, moulding, pressing (there are metal parts at the bottom of lamps. They are made out of aluminium sheets. When aluminium sheets were entered the production line, they needed to be cut and pressed by the molds.) At the end all of the parts are assembled. My duty was to control the quality as PPAPs. I was completely familiar and aware of the processes.
