ACHIEVEMENTS:
• Established strong working relationships with the employee OH&S representatives, field employees, site supervisors, project managers and company managers.
• Developed a comprehensive and easy to use OH&S & environmental management system documents to meet the changing needs of the businesses including transportation, mechanical workshops, road maintenance, road construction, pavement stabilisation and road surfacing.
• Achieved certification to AS4801 for the construction business and the road maintenance and pavement sealing companies of the Group (3 of the 8 companies).
• Achieved certification to ISO9001 & ISO14001 for the construction arm of the business.
