Ethan is an experienced Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental professional who has provided consultancy services that enable organisations to develop, implement, and lead health and safety improvement initiatives.

As a qualified Lead Auditor and registered Exemplar Global Auditor, Ethan has conducted a number of third party Certification audits as a lead auditor to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

Further to this Ethan regularly undertakes internal audits and prepares gap analysis of Client’s existing operational activities against legislative, other statutory requirements, management standards criteria and the accreditation scheme adopted by the Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner (OFSC). Ethan works with clients to assist them in achieving accreditation under the Australian Government Building and Construction WHS Accreditation Scheme, administered by the OFSC. He has worked with over 15+ clients in either achieving their accreditation or managing annual surveillance audits.
